1. Accepted Payment Methods

The payment methods available for a particular order are those displayed at Shopify Checkout.

Availability may vary by device, country, currency and payment provider.

2. Payment Authorisation

By submitting payment details, the customer represents that they are authorised to use the selected payment method and authorises the applicable payment provider to process the transaction.

3. Payment Security

Payment processing is handled through Shopify Checkout and/or enabled third-party payment providers.

LCK does not require customers to send full card details by email, WhatsApp or social media.

Shopify states that its services comply with applicable PCI DSS requirements.

4. Currency and Foreign Charges

Where a customer’s bank or payment provider converts currency, the provider may apply its own exchange rate or fees.

LCK is not responsible for third-party foreign-exchange, international card or bank charges.

5. VAT and Invoices

LCK is VAT registered under TRN 100446525600003.

Prices displayed on the website are inclusive of UAE VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.

Tax invoices and receipts will be issued in accordance with applicable UAE VAT requirements.

Customers should retain their order confirmation and invoice for their records.

6. Fraud Prevention and Verification

LCK and its payment or service providers may perform reasonable fraud, sanctions, security or identity checks.

An order may be held, declined or cancelled where a transaction cannot be safely or lawfully verified.

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers should contact LCK first where possible so an order or payment issue can be investigated.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be contested using order, delivery and communication records, without limiting any lawful customer dispute rights.
