These Terms govern the use of www.lckbeauty.com and purchases made from LCK Beauty Made Easy.
By using the website or placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms, subject to mandatory law.

2. Eligibility and Lawful Use
Customers must have legal capacity to enter into the transaction or have appropriate parent or guardian authorisation.
The website must not be used for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or infringing purposes.
3. Product Information
LCK aims to present product descriptions, images, shades, dimensions and specifications accurately.
Screen settings, lighting, handmade or production variation and packaging updates may cause reasonable differences.
Nothing in this clause limits customer rights where a product is materially not as described.
4. Product Use and Safety
Customers must read and follow product instructions, warnings, ingredient information and usage guidance.
Beauty and cosmetic products should be used only for their intended purpose.
Discontinue use and seek appropriate professional advice if an adverse reaction occurs.
Keep products away from children where appropriate.
5. Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order through the website constitutes an offer to purchase.
LCK may reject or cancel an order before fulfilment where reasonably necessary, including due to:
- Stock errors.
- Pricing errors.
- Suspected fraud.
- Payment failure.
- Delivery restrictions.
- Legal or compliance reasons.
- Obvious website errors.
If LCK cancels an order after payment has been collected, amounts collected for the cancelled items will be refunded.
6. Customer Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation before an order enters packing.
Once an order has entered packing, been booked with the courier, or been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and the applicable Return & Refund Policy will apply.
7. Prices, VAT and Errors
Prices displayed on the website are inclusive of UAE VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.
LCK may correct genuine pricing or product-information errors before order acceptance or fulfilment and will provide an appropriate refund if an affected paid order cannot be fulfilled.
8. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions, discount codes, gifts and bundles are subject to their stated terms, availability and expiry.
Unless expressly allowed, discounts cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, or applied retrospectively.
9. Intellectual Property
The LCK name, branding, logos, product imagery, website text, graphics and other content are owned by or licensed to LCK.
They may not be copied, reproduced, republished or commercially exploited without permission, except as permitted by law.
10. Third-Party Services and Links
The store may rely on or link to third-party services such as Shopify, payment gateways, social platforms and couriers.
Third-party services may have their own separate terms and privacy practices.
11. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LCK is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable from the transaction.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in the customer’s jurisdiction and cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Changes to These Terms
LCK may update these Terms and store policies from time to time.
The version published at the time of an order will generally govern that order, except where a legal or regulatory change requires otherwise.
