At LCK Beauty Made Easy, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the hygienic nature of our beauty products, the following policy applies:

Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Magnetic lashes
  • Press-on nails
  • Cosmetics and beauty products
  • Opened or used items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24hours of receiving your order.

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the item received
  • Description of the issue

We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was made by LCK Beauty Made Easy.
